Dylan’s Place is off the beach, has a small pool and restaurant on the premises. Because there was an unforeseen storm upon our arrival, the front desk clerk and property owner, Dylan explained our reservation (3 bed, with private balcony, a washer, and a view) was not received, recorded or available however for the same amount we could get another room. The new room had 2 twin beds and 1 trundle bed on the floor, a small rusted refrigerator, a patio glass door instead of a secure front door and we were given thin towels in a plastic bag. Their small pool was under construction with hazardous chemicals and equipment everywhere, the parking lot was a dirt road, and loud music blasting at the pool right outside unit doors. We politely asked Dylan to please adjust the price to reflect the downgrade we were given. Dylan refuse to adjust however gave us the option to cancel our reservation through Airbnb and will honor the cancellation. He asked his bellhop to escort us out...while in communication with Airbnb regarding the cancellation, we come to find out that Dylan was accusing us of taking his $3 towels . We were very disappointed with his professionalism, integrity and will avoid staying in his place.. Complete rip off! Beware! Sent from my iPhone
