Wendy was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She was very friendly, open and helpful. Her yard is a peaceful, private paradise! Yet it was SO close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. We had a GREAT time here! We highly recommend this AirBnb to anyone visiting Barbados!

'Friends' was an absolute gem in a beautiful area. Located really close to a wonderful beach. Wendy met us on arrival and the cold drinks, bread and eggs in the fridge were a lovely added touch. The accommodation is in the grounds of the main house and we spent hours sat on the terrace area watching the wildlife (including humming birds) and listening to....the peace and quiet, before heading down to the beach. The accommodation is ideally located to catch the local buses to Bridgetown and beyond and Oistins, an absolute must on Friday nights - the bus rides were a real treat and a taste of the fabulous local way of life! We also can't forget Jesse, Berry and Tina, Wendy's 3 lovely little dogs who greeted us every time we returned to the accommodation! Thank you Wendy for a wonderful week and your very kind hospitality.
The moment we arrived at Friends, we felt right at home. The accommodation is a comfortable self contained bungalow behind the main house, surrounded by pretty gardens, and is very clean and well maintained. Everything you would need is there - a well stocked fridge and cupboard items, all the cooking utensils you would ever need, TV, WiFi, plentiful seating indoors and in the garden, beach towels, washing machine etc. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood cul-de-sac, yet only moments from the beach, so a perfect location but also a lovely space in which to linger and relax. Wendy is such a sweet and kind person, and the perfect host. Her little dogs are also very cute and gentle. All in all, a perfect stay in a beautiful place. Thank you Wendy!
Great location, 5 minute walk to the wonderful Accra Beach, public transport and taxis are close by also. Loved our daily greeting by the 3 amigos, Jessie, Berry and Tina….very cute and sweet fur babies. Wendy was there if we needed anything and felt very safe and secure in the area.

自我介绍
We are a retired couple, both Barbadian. We've lived in Canada (Montreal and Vancouver .. 1963 to 1977) and are naturalized Canadian citizens. We've travelled a fair bit, including a sail around the world and back to Barbados from Vancouver on a catamaran that we built in our spare time (1977 to 1982). We're very family oriented. Son David, 3 kids (boys 16 & 13, Girl 5) lives a five minute walk away, and if you stay with us you are sure to meet him and his family as they visit often. Daughter Jen (3 girls 8, 6, & 4) lives a ten minute drive away, and they are here quite often too. Son Kevin lives in Seattle. We are interested in people and their stories, and if you don't object, we'll include you in our lives a little and try to help you have a pleasant stay in our island.
