Great apartment for a prolonged stay

If I could give 10 stars I would! Shawn greeted me when I first arrived and explained every step of checking in, from the elevator codes to door locks. He gave me a quick tour of the apartment to make sure I knew where everything was and how things worked. He really set the bar high for hosts! He even offered to put up a Christmas tree for me! He was very knowledgeable about the area and eased my mind about how safe the neighborhood was to be walking around especially at night. You're steps away from the UK campus which to me made it feel very safe. The apartment had absolutely everything you needed from the kitchen to the bathroom to cleaning supplies and the place was spotless and well organized. If I'm ever back in town, I will definitely be staying here again!

We have every confidence and in booking our surgical residents with Shawn for their transplant rotation. His communication is excellent, the pricing is reasonable, and the units are clean, conveniently located, and include amenities to make it feel like home.

The location is amazing and the apartment has everything you could need for an extended or short term stay! The host is extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

From check in to check out, this was a great deal. Beautiful condo within walking distance to the great down scene. Shawn was flexible with our check in. He also was very helpful when I was having internet issues. We definitely will stay here again.
