This level also includes a master bedroom with ocean views, 2 other bedrooms, a main bathroom, powder room and the laundry. The top floor is completely dedicated to the parent's retreat with its magnificent oceans views from the bedroom, ensuite, lounge and private deck. It has a small kitchenette and study nook for those who need a quiet place to work.
