This place is in a fantastic location-true walking distance to Home Beach and pub. Quiet leafy location, shaded and cool outside but no fly screens on any windows was difficult at night not wanting surrounding tree life to enter house whilst sleeping. I attempted to contact Colin about this during our stay but have not received a response. I will stay again if this issue gets addressed. 3rd bedroom probably only suited to 2 small children or one adult. Great decks to enjoy treed garden, well stocked kitchen, clean homey house

We had a great stay at Billa Blue. It comfortably accommodated 6 adults with ample space for privacy. It would be great if the downstairs bathroom were available for use but otherwise this property was perfect for us. The outdoor spaces are perfect and the quiet setting and shady grounds make this space tranquil and relaxing. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, a bit of an uphill walk in to Point Lookout but worth it! I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
