The good: Fantastic location, 4 minutes to the ocean. Home itself has a great layout and a ton of space. Flow from indoor to outdoor is well thought out. Flowers and landscaping were also great, Hamptons feel. Pool was great, never needed to heat it up in July/August. We've stayed in other Hamptons towns and loved this location. Not so good: It feels like a rental property that takes a lot of wear and tear from lots of renters in and out. Fixtures, walls, kitchen equipment are a bit beat up. Some nice outdoor furniture would make the backyard go from an 8 or 9 to an 11. Nikolai was super fast in responding to all issues and very reasonable and fair in dealing with a few things that weren't up to snuff. Would totally rent here again. Positives outweighed negatives and with a few upgrades this could be a 5-star property.

We enjoyed another Summer stay at Nikolai’s home - great location, wonderful to have the pool and backyard. We loved the BBQ, pool after the beach. Beach is close - you can easily bike, walk or few minutes by car. Bay a block down is nice for morning and evening walks. Thank you for the great stay!!

This house was even nicer than we anticipated. It has a HUGE backyard which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the pool is very large too. The house could use some new outdoor furniture to enjoy all the outdoor space though. The bedrooms were all comfy and clean, and there were two deep soaking tubs which was a treat. The ceiling fans and central A/C helped on hot days. The bay at the end of the street is very pretty and relaxing and the beach is close by, (however due to COVID restrictions we were unable to park there). We became quite fond of this little town in the end. Nikolai was very responsive to all our questions and requests, always writing back within a few minutes.
