The building is 6 years old and so everything is in great shape. There is a well-equipped fitness center for ages 16+. The apartment comes with 2 parking slots (one in front of the other) in a locked underground garage. There is A/C and heat in all rooms, multiple TV's, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave, and stove. We used the beach a lot. It is a 2-3 minutes drive to two great beaches with services (bathrooms, showers, snack bars): Hof Tayo (big waves) and Hof Hasela (calmer waves for the little ones). You can also use the beach directly adjacent to the apartment (big waves) but there are no services there other than lifeguards. The landlord Dan was very nice & helpful with everything. We had a great stay!

We were very impressed with the location which is right across the street from the beach and half a block to all the shops where you’ll find everything you need. The apartment is on the 14 floor with 4 very comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with showers, large living room, dinning room, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Every room has a flat screen TV and includes cable. Parking is also included which is a plus since parking outside is very hard to find. Our host Dan was great. Very prompt and responsive. He contacted me before my arrival and he’s there to assist anytime. The price was cheaper than a 2 bedroom apartment in Tel Aviv which is only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend Dan’s apartment and will stay there again on our next trip to Israel.
