The Villa itself is probably actually better than the pictures. It is spacious and the outside areas are fantastic. It has the potential to be a really nice villa on Airbnb but unfortunately we had lots of other issues during our stay. We had issues with the builders next door who without warning came into the property during our stay and began demolishing the boundary wall between the pool area and the neighbouring properties. When we asked them what was going on they became very angry and rude, threatening us. We contacted the host but unfortunately nothing was done. On what was our wedding weekend, we also had several early morning wake up calls with the builders angle grinding from 6:30am in the morning right next to the property. We also had an issue with the neighbour on the otherside of the property who accused us of holding a party even though we did no such thing and threatened to report us. Potential to be a lovely villa, but I would give it a swerve for now.

The villa was beautiful. Very big, and spacious and the perfect place for a group. Lots of areas to sit and relax.

The property was clean, spacious, and the furniture was inviting and comfortable. The pool area was a nice luxury, but the view of Palma that the roof provides is beautiful. Would recommend for a larger party. Overall, better than advertised!
