The location is dived in two main structures,the ancient Locanda,and the modern apt complex. The Locanda has 7 double bedrooms,kitchen,3 living areas,the complex comes with 6 apartments with 11 bd in total.The two structures shares the charming courtyard,the garden areas and the two charming swimming pools. The structure is located in the town of Diso,located 3 km away from the seaside The property is a courtyard structure is in the town of Diso,a quiet place with low-rise houses and ornate doorways. 7 charming rooms leading into each other,secret gardens,enclosed vegetable patches,small passageways which go through to other. You can have the pleasure to explore the labyrinth of different spaces,moving past windows overlooking gardens below,pergolas,and raised floors. Inside,turn-of-the-century ceilings offer a spectacle of decorative frescoes which entice and soothe the eyes.In the delightful period suites,light is muted by the warmly colored walls and bounces off the kaleidoscopic geometric floor tile.In the courtyard the gaze sweeps across the swimming pool,nestled by the citrus grove.Few steps away in a superb garden of palm trees and local plants there is an elegant building formed by six apartments and another pool, each of these apartments is different from one another, unique, personal spaces that offer the magical atmosphere in every detail, from the furniture to the decoration

What a wonderful villa! We loved it so much and didn’t want to leave! Such a perfect spot, so much more space then you can imagine, and communication with the host was easy and friendly! Lucia who checks you in and cleans the place is such a lovely lady and so helpful. We will always recommend this villa - so so special xx
Lovely place, great design, peaceful and rooms are really well distributed. Pool was great and so was the kitchen. Only warning is buy mosquito spray in late September!
Just came back from three wonderful nights at the Locanda. We were on a corporate trip and every colleague loved this place. Truly a hidden gem. It's not that easy to find houses with so many bedrooms but in this case we had the villa all by ourselves plus two private apartments in the adjacent building. Just what we needed: privacy, but also great communal spaces so we could spend time together. The whole locanda is gorgeous and beautifully decorated and every room comes with its own bathroom (some of them are spectacular!). Fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous pool and lots of outside spaces so you can enjoy al fresco dinners under the patio. Diso is a super small town but you'll find everything you need within minutes by car. Also, you're in the middle of the beautiful Salento region so make sure to explore the area and all of its beaches. Super easy communication with Gaia and Pietro. Also a huge thank you to the lovely Lucia who greeted us on our arrival. Very recommended! Would come back for sure!
Fabulous stay, the locanda was spectacular and the apartments were beautiful. Quiet area, 10 minutes to beautiful grottos and jumps off rocks into crystal clear waters. We had the best time!!
What an incredible property - even better than the pictures, this spot is calm, beautiful and perfect for big groups. We would highly recommend. Gaia was quick and helpful; going over and above to make the stay special. We had a great dinner at the property and enjoyed every minute. A special shout out to Lucia - who was lovely and took great care of us in the property.

Diso, an historical village placed in the core of the Salento region. The town has been remained untouched tradition and architecture wise. Just 2 km away from the sea side and a walking distance to the countryside where nice hikings start. The town is tiny but has everything you need from a supermarket to the coffeeshop, pharmacies and nice restaurants. Its position helps to reach every part of the Salento due to its central position : 5 km to Castro, 2km to our beach, 30 min of stunning panoramic road that brings you tho Otranto and its magic!
The best way to enjoy the stunning area is rent a car. Wide parking area right outside the mansion.

Pietro has a whole artistic education from high school to university. He’s a painter and most of our homes has a beautiful painting or drawing from his collection .. we are plunged to the art world and have many friends who expose their work in our homes Gaia,have a degree in architecture in politecnico di Milano and then studied fashion merchandising at parson school in nyc then had an education in tailoring in the amazing Bagatto private school in Bologna ... I normally sew items from our homes and make a lot of research in flea markets and antiques of little items to add and change details in our decor ... We love to travel as a family of 4 and love to live in our homes when they are not booked just to experience the strengths and weaknesses to improve to our homes We live most of the time in Bologna our hometown and speak Italian English French and Spanish ... We aim to connect each and every guests to the territory where they choose to stay,what we also live about our job is organizing weddings in our properties this is the best way to connect them to the area Musician, florists, caterings and many more local vendors ...
