Very clean, host thought of everything. Extremely well stocked throughout the entire home. It’s a peaceful neighborhood and although we didn’t get to enjoy the patio area due to rainy weather, it was a beautiful space which we would have loved to have taken advantage of! He was close by if we needed him, but we feel like he takes great care to give you your privacy. Overall an excellent stay! Highly recommend for short or long term stay.

Great place to stay.

Allyn was a great host and very responsive. But the house needs better dusting and cleaning. The kitchen trash can had trash in it hinge and paint peeling behind table on wall. There was also paint peeling in the master bedroom. The wall switch plate and wall tile next to the stove were dirty. You could see dust in corners, under furniture, and tables. Driveway was a little tight to turn in, but ample space once past entrance. House is pet free, but both of my daughters and grandson had to take Benadryl. Not sure if it’s from the dust or cats that seemed to be outside or possibly in the basement with Allyn. There are apartments across the street that are a little run down. Linens were ample and well placed. Allyn exit instructions were simple and easy, probably some of the easiest we’ve had yet. We read a lot of Allyn’s reviews and weren’t expecting to have any issues at all. So we were very surprised to have to deal with what we did.

This is our second time staying here. It was the perfect place for us. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Location is in a nice quiet area.
