Oh my word!! What to say about the station house, it was truly idyllic, what a find!!! I would highly recommend this property, there simply were no negatives, very private and tranquil, fantastic countryside, great walks and local pubs, just what we needed!!! Will certainly be back if the opportunity presents itself. Do yourself a favour and book the station house now!!!

Fantastic place to stay. We had a wonderful weekend at Station House. As soon as we walked through the door it felt like we were at home. The house felt very warm and welcoming. We had travelled to meet and stay with family and we all agreed it was a great little find. The house was very clean and tidy and the facilities well thought out. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. We had a few questions for Elaine and she was at hand all weekend to answer. Highly recommend a stay at Station House.

This house is beautiful and magical. The grounds are amazing, especially if you have a dog. The house is spotless with super comfy beds and every possible utensil you need in the large kitchen diner. We lit the log burner each night during our stay which only added to the comfort and cosyness of Station House, Logs were ambundant and free to use. A short walk through the grounds takes you to the river where you can walk for miles. If you are looking for a unique home with a peaceful, restful and beautiful location this is the home for you. A big shout out to The Bunch of Carrotts, a really lovely pub with amazing food! Thank you Elaine, for the welcoming wine and apple juice. My only suggestion would ge a guest book as I am sure, like us, your guests would love to tell you how fabulous your home is. Thank you for a really memorable stay Donna and family
