A double private ensuite room with its private entrance and yard, in a serene house 100 meters far from the beach in beautiful Nea Fokea the picturesque fishing village in Chalkidiki. The house is a traditional Greek village residence, renovated to be cozy and comfortable either in summer or automn and winter. Beachbar with umbrellas, sunbeds and drinks or snachs is available in the beach. The room is 25 square meters, very comfortable for 2 persons, decorated to be pleasant and relaxing. The bed can be double or 2 singles upon request. In the refrigerator you will find fresh fruits, yogurt, toasts, butter and homemade marmalade, as well as cold beer and wine to welcome you. This can be enjoyed in your private yards or in the beautiful common relaxing spots on the front part of the house. For lunch or dinner you have the possibility to prepare your light meals on an easy to use and safe device in your own space and enjoy in your dining spots. If you don't prefer to cook, you can visit the village tavernas. The private bathroom is very comfortable, with shower and all the amenities (shampoo, shower foam, hair dryer etc) The room is a cool place for the hot summer days, off course there is an air-condition for you to arrange your own temperature. If you are interested in exploring Chalkidiki in automn or winter, the place is hot and cozy to stay at night and enjoy a cup of tea after a hot bath in Thermal springs in Loutra of Agia Paraskevi, which is 45 kilometers away, or a walk in the Mavrobara lake situated in Polichrono, a monument of nature with hidden secrets! It is a marvelous place of rare beauty and with major ecological importance. Situated 300m height and 3km from the main road, only 19 kilometers from Nea Fokea. Another place for automn or winter exploration is Mesonisi, an area of wetlands between the sea and two lakes, protected by Natura Program, 8km from the village. Your private access to the serene road allows you to have plenty of parking space for your car. You have so many things to do every day, you would need as many days as you can stay to enjoy everything. Swimming in the turquoise waters, walking under the olive trees among vineyards, walking to the Byzantine Tower from 1407 and admire the view of the Toroneos gulf . You can also visit St Paul’s underground sanctuary dug under a rock. Nearby there are more traditional villages allowing you to explore ancient and Byzantine Greek history as well as Greek nightlife, Sani Resort, Afytos or Kallithea. In the surroundings you can find marvelous beaches with white sand and pine trees reaching the waters, for exploration like beaches belonging to Natura program or beach-bars to enjoy your coffee and drink.
