The location of the place is phenomenal. It is less than a minute away from the night market and about a 3-minute walk to the old town. Despite it's proximity to all this, no noise gets into the room. There is a high beam light shining directly into the room but the curtains completely block it out. The room was exceptionally clean; I ended up working out on the floor with no mats. The host helped me set up transportation to and from the airport and they were large well-airconditioned vans. The host also helped me book my tour to My Son which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in Hoi An. Also, the air conditioner in the room is really strong so no worries about being stuck in the sweltering Vietnamnese heat and humidity.

-fast and reliable internet -20 seconds to the nightmarket - 3 minutes to the ancient town of Hoi An - very friendly and helpful host + host family -picked me up from airport and dropped me off for 350k dong each way - very reasonably priced drinks in rooms fridge -laundry service 30k/kg, very fast! -host offered me tours, but was not pushy about it -room cleaned daily -room in very good condition -excellent communication Remark towards Hoi An, nothing to do with the hosts room and service: I stayed for 4 nights in Hoi An by myself. Hoi An and especially the ancient town is very touristy. I personally think that two days are plenty to explore this place when you travel alone.
