The room is bright and welcoming, and the house is in a convenient place to get around on foot and reach all the essential services. It is comfortable and quiet, surrounded by many plants and flowers that make it unique.

Très bon séjour chez Nicoletta, qui est extrêmement gentille et prodigue de très bons conseils sur les endroits et les alentours. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle et confortable. L'emplacement est top, à mi-chemin entre la plage et le village de San Teodoro. A conseiller ;)
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei unserer Lieben Gastgeberin Nicoletta :) Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Direkt neben an ist ein super Markt und in der Stadt sowie am Strand ist man zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten. Wir hätten uns keinen schöneren Urlaub vorstellen können, Nicoletta war super süß und hat alles dafür getan unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen ❤️
L'accueil de Nicoletta est tout à fait exemplaire : gentillesse, disponibilité, empathie, souplesse. Son appartement - dans la maison face au magasin de fleurs et de plantes, familial - est super bien situé à vous mi-chemin entre la belle plage de la Cinta, et le centre ville de San Teodoro - encore animé fin septembre, ce qui est loin d'être le cas ailleurs sur les côtes Sardes. Bref : un super accueil dans un super endroit. Je recommande donc ad libitum !

The neighborhood is very quiet, surrounded by pretty houses and you can breathe a serene and flower-scented air. In front there is a nursery of plants and flowers that makes the place quiet and well attended. Nearby there is a very prestigious restaurant with swimming pool for those who like to enjoy the night life.
Strategic point for walking.
The ideal would be to move around on foot or rent bicycles. There is free parking and it is a 2 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the wonderful beaches of this area. You can move easily on foot both to get to the sea and to get to the main square and basic services: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, bars, night clubs, information office (Pro-Loco), night market.

I graduated as a trainer and I was lucky enough to travel a lot in Europe and I lived in Tuscany and Sicily. During all these years I have known many people who have enriched my personal luggage and have given me the chance to rediscover a gift I kept hidden for a long time: singing and playing. I'm a poly-instrumental musician and I have several musical projects that allow me to continue to travel and to know more and more reality. I love food, music, nature, honest people and above all I love traveling and knowing new worlds. Sono laureata come formatore ed ho avuto la fortuna di viaggiare molto in Europa ed ho vissuto in Toscana e in Sicilia. In tutti questi anni ho potuto conoscere molte persone che hanno arricchito il mio bagaglio personale e mi hanno dato la possibilità di riscoprire un dono che ho tenuto nascosto per molto tempo: cantare e suonare. Sono una musicista poli-strumentista e ho diversi progetti musicali che mi permettono di continuare a viaggiare e conoscere sempre più realtà. Amo il cibo, la musica, la natura, le persone sincere e soprattutto amo viaggiare e conoscere nuovi mondi.
