The house is beautiful and we loved it the moment we walked through the door. It is exactly as the photos. We are a family of 10 (5 couples) and it was a perfect space, everyone enjoyed the stay. The garden has lots of different places to sunbathe, sit and dine which was great for our large group. The kitchen was really well equipped and we enjoyed the BBQ a couple of nights. The view of the sunsets from the terrace are stunning! We had two cars which we found essential for getting to the local supermarket and going out and about. Some of our group were happy to walk down the hill to go to a few of the bars in Altea La Vella but it is quite a climb back up the hill to the house. Alessandro was very responsive and helpful, as was Jur who gave us information about the beaches. We had a great holiday and would recommend!

The Casa Esmeralda is a beautiful home, in a peaceful and private location. The pool is great for families, the beds very comfy, kitchens and bathrooms are well cleaned. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you needs plus all sorts of items that you never knew you needed! A fabulous property with plenty of internal space and delightful views, our family of 10 loved it. Altea la Vella has some lovely restaurants close by, though as we had young children we had to drive into Altea La Vella due to the uphill walk home, it’s very steep in places, not great for a pushchair! Altea, Calp and Benidorm are all about 20 minutes away by car, making it a great location for getting out and about.

The villa/s are beautiful, and the views are stunning; they're situated in a very quiet area, there are some restaurants a 20 minute walk away, but bear in mind they're at the bottom of a steep hill and the walk back up could be difficult for some. The outdoor space and pool area is excellent, with lots of different areas to sit in. We managed without a car and had food shopping delivered and downloaded an app called 'Pide Taxis' which we would highly recommend, the app knows your location, so the taxi finds you easily and they generally arrived in minutes from booking, the most we ever waited was 10 minutes. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Villa Esmeralda.

Eine kleine Wohlfühl-Oase. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt! Wir haben das Haus mit 9 Leuten nahezu komplett besetzt und alle waren durchweg sehr zufrieden. Auf den frischen Handtüchern und Bettlaken waren teils kleinere Flecken, die aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Aufgrund der bergigen Lage hatten wir Besuch von kleineren Krabbeltierchen, die sind aber vollkommen normal gewesen und konnten leicht entfernt und wieder in der Freiheit ausgesetzt werden. Es war eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Esmeralda!

We were 9 people and had a perfect stay on this spacious residence. A large and beautiful pool area with a stunning view and a house with all necessary modern facilities included.
