Good communication, replying quickly, flat full of amenities (kitchen stuff, boardgames, blankets etc.). 1 minute walk to supermarket. Area is also nice having garden with benches and pool. Walking distance to everything you need. Recommend!

Nice apartment to spend a week with a dog. Peaceful neigbourhood, nice pool and supermarket close to the place.

Tolles Appartment, wir waren zu zweit, zu 4. ginge es auch. Gegend ist voll mit Restaurants und Bars, der Pool ist gigantisch, ca 22m lang in beide Richtungen. Der Ort Las Gallertas ist zwar klein, aber bietet alles für den Abend, nach Playa del Americana mit Trubel ist es nicht weit, auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at Lyma's apartment in January 2022. The place was clean, cosy, and very well equipped. You will feel at home the minute you come in. The windows in the apartment face west, so the space does not get very much light, but he pool and one of the beaches are very close. The sun shines on the terrace briefly in the evening. You'll find the essentials very close, along the Av. Jose Antonio Tavio or the Ten-Bel mall: a couple of grocery stores, a pharmacy, and some restaurants/bars. There's a petrol station and some bakeries also nearby. The area in general has seen it's best days, but this ensures a relaxing holiday without crowded places, buses, etc. If you want more action, several buses pass nearby to take you easily to Los Cristianos & Americanos + further. Communication with Lyma worked well in English, and she was very helpful and quite quick to respond whenever we had something to ask. I definitely recommend this apartment, and would book again myself.
