We used the cottage for a girls trip and had our families join us on the weekend - it was perfect for our needs. Gavin and Amy were really responsive and contacted us ahead of our arrival to share information. Paul and Victoria hosted us whilst Gavin and Amy were away and were equally friendly and hospitable. The cottage has everything you need (linens, hairdryers, cot, firewood, toilet roll etc..) and the kitchen is the best equipped I have ever had in a holiday home. The only downside was we struggled a bit unlocking the door, but Gavin came over right away to help. There was a storm when we visited, so we didn't do as much walking as we would have liked. Despite the storm, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Amy and Gavin are super helpful and the cottages are beautiful. We live locally but try and book for relatives visitng .

wonderful cottage in a stunning location. before we arrived Gavin and Amy agreed for us to arrive early which was great. the cottage is lovely and has the best equipped kitchen ever for a holiday cottage including slow cooker, air frier, electric whisk, scales etc etc.. There is an open fire in the living room with wood provided. The pool table was well used. The location is amazing and there are loads of footpaths nearby. Although there are 3 properties in the same building we didn't notice the other occupants (apart from when our dog barked at them;)) we really enjoyed a walk over the fell behind the house and the Puddleducks Cafe at nearby Dunsop Bridge. Highly recommended.

Fabulous weekend stay with family. The place is stunning, well maintained and equipped with beautiful views over the hills. Amy and Gavin where great hosts always having time for a chat and nothing was too much trouble. Just a lovely place to get away from it all. Loved the living room and log fire.
