My family of five stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time. We were in the area for a tournament and found the location to be about 15 minutes from the venue and 15-20 from the beach and that was perfect. The house has an icee cream store at the corner and that was a big hit. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of hard work into this house and has updated it and restored it. We had a fun weekend and would book again.

The house was super cute and historic! Very close to Dogfish head. John was very accommodating as my needs changed!

Great place. Lots of room to hang out. Ping pong table was fun! Walking distance to some nice restaurants. A couple of suggestions. If guests are asked to wash & dry towels before checking out, make check out time a little later. Towels need to be upgraded. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash would have been a nice touch.
