Several things need maintenance. The dishwasher leaked water, the water filter dispenser on the sink was clogged and not working to name a few. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with sharp cutting knives, cutting boards, scissors, serving bowls, dish towels and everyday common items (salt & pepper shakers)! It was advertised there was a Splash pad and that wasn’t working, that amenity should be removed! There was a dead rabbit in the chicken coop as well as debris and rusty nails. We also were awoken by the lawn maintenance crew before 8:00 am the morning after we checked in. Way too early and way too loud!! The house is very nice and large and can accommodate a lot of people. It needs maintenance in the kitchen and the pool and backyard area. We complained about the pool not being ready for our use and requested a refund for the heater and received only a partial amount. Overall, the price per night was too high for what we got and what we expected.

Overall we had a splendid stay. This property is extremely beautiful and the surrounding area is peaceful & elegant. The inside of the house is remarkably spacious and well kept. We will be back and hopefully sooner than later! ✨🌸 Thank you Desert Oasis for a wonderful weekend.
