The staff at Dolphin Cove were very nice and the unit was clean. We were unable to get in the gates when we arrived, had to call to get the code. Luckily we had phone service on. It did not have in unit washer and dryer as listed. You have to pay 2.00 per load and only 2 machines are working. It can be hard to find someone to switch out pool towels. We were charged twice for the unit but the staff person rectified this immediately. Kenneth did not answer my Airbnb messages while we were there but the staff on-sight were very helpful. The pool is not heated and the hot tub was down a few days we were there. If you have a car it is easy to get around the area. If you plan to walk to the beach it is two blocks away and you have to walk on the road to get there. It is a nice unit with a balcony facing the canal.

Great place! The pool and hot tub were very nice. Good location, near many restaurants and the market. The kitchen isn't equipped for heavy cooking (no oven, measuring spoons, or mixing bowls), but is well equipped for tasks like making breakfast. We had an excellent stay. Would recommend.

Grand Bahama is incredibly the best getaway and is even more comfortable with places like Kenneth's And Sherry's. I loved to meet them and hope to be back, indeed!
