Novasol didn't answer to my message when I text them. even after more than a week, I still not have a answer from them. I tried to call to phone number, but it's a Germany phone number and nobody answer to it. we have had 2 small kids, outside was bad weather and we came after a long trip and we ended by finding the key alone, to the owner. when I show them the Novasol phone number that I get it from app, they could not recognize and they give use their real phone number. But, the house and the owner are super awesome and they help us with all we need and ask. they have a local store and when we ask them where we can find milk, they open it for us and we could buy more. they drove us to house when was heavy snow and gave us wood logs for fire when we ask. the house are clean, with good condition, but the view is the best. we had a super nice experience and hope we can come back one day. I recommend them to not collaborate withNovasol. I'll complain to Airbnb for this bad experience.
