This is a Colonial home built in 1928 close to downtown that was converted into 3 SEPERATE PRIVATE APARTMENTS. The only shared area is the front porch, but you have your own sitting area, in front of your own front door. This apt is about 600 sq ft which is about the size of a 2 car garage. Its a perfect place to stay while on vacation, if you have long or short term business, are looking for a home to buy or a long term rental, traveling nurses or you or a loved one is @ FLETC going to training ect. Easy access to I 95 North & South, so convenient to Savannah & Jacksonville (approx 1 hour each way). I provide a weekly & monthly discount! The home is located in the Brunswick Historic District near the waterfront, marina, restaurants, & events held downtown. Nice cozy porch with shade cloths & chairs. I also have a larger 2 bedroom, 1 ba apt upstairs that can accommodate 4 comfortably in 2 queen beds. Might be possible to rent both units at the same time. All utilities & high speed 600 mbps wireless internet is included, & a 42" smart tv with voice remote & satellite tv. Your about 15 minutes to St Simons Islands beaches, about 20 minutes to Jekyll beaches, 15 minutes to FLETC & 5-15 minutes to the different ports, 10 minutes to the college & hospital. Downtown is about 8 blocks, & your 2 blocks from "The Yellow Deli", where you can walk for breakfast or lunch! The apt has a well equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, starter coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, & some condiments ect. All towels & linen for the bed & bath are provided as well. The bath is small but has a full tub w/shower. There's a nice living room with a comfy blue jean couch w/pull out bed & 1 bedroom with queen bedroom set & 2 suitcase stands. Apt is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features! Washer & dryer included as well! There is 5 concrete steps to get onto porch, then inside there is a couple 3" or less step ups or downs accessing rooms. Its not a totally flat surface area. ***This is a "pet friendly" rental, so if you have allergies to any kind of pets, or are scared of any kind of animal it may not be a good choice for you. I have a long-term tenant in the middle unit who has a large dog she keeps on a leash coming in and out but you may run into him. This is a multi family home so noise must be kept to a minimum from pets, kids & guests. I want everyone to enjoy their stay, so if this cant be accomplished this apt might not be a good choice. Its a old home, so theres not much insulation between units. No loud music, tv, voices or pet noises. Guests have said its a nice quiet place over all. *** PET POLICY: I do require several things if your bringing one, & non compliance can cost you extra $$$. **Possible "QUIET" pet allowed, BUT: $40 pet fee, limit 2, paid upfront & YOU MUST NOTIFY ME what kind & how many. Dog CANNOT be a meanie/barker/whiner/destroyer or it will disturb other people or pets that stay/live here. NO PUPPIES UNLESS QUIET & FULLY HOUSE TRAINED OR OLDER INCONTINENT PETS. Must be on leash outside & continuous flea treatment. IF THERES ANY "ISSUE" WITH A PET YOU MAY BE ASKED to LEAVE OR TO BOARD YOUR PET. I MAY KEEP YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT AS A PET FEE, & IF ASKED TO LEAVE YOUR RENT IS NON REFUNDABLE. This is a multi family home & pets need to be accounted for! *CRATING YOUR PET PREFERRED when gone! Clean up after your pet "mess" outside & dog hair ect inside *Yard is small & isnt fenced, but theres a park across the street & doggie bags in drawer in kitchen. *YOU MUST Bring min 2 sheets to cover couch & bed if your pet likes to get on or rub on furniture. Take home to wash so dog hair isnt in my washer & get all over my linen. *Extra cleaning fee of $25 hour if it takes me more than 2 hours to clean the unit, for ANY reason! So please do the basics of cleaning up after yourself & pets, & starting the white linen in washer, with soap & bleach in cabinet behind washer.
