apprartment war ok. + waschmaschine, lage, geschirrspüler, bett, sauberkeit bei ankunft, größe der dusche, küchenausstattung, geschirr - keine zwischenreinigung, strenge überprüfung am ende - als wären wir diebe.... balkon sesseln sind stylish, aber unbequem, duschabfluss sehr schlecht, hatten dauernd eine überschwemmung klimaanlage im WZ lässt nach dem abdrehen viel wasser raus - wir mussten ständig nachreinigen! am wochenende extrem laute kinder am pool - eigentlich nicht auszuhalten. dazu eine baustelle neben dem pool - auch nicht angenehm. --im vorfeld gibt es eine liste, was jeder fehler kostet - schlüssel innen vergessen - schlüssel verlieren - safe öffnen - etc.

La estadía estuvo excelente. El apartamento está precioso y es muy disfrutable. La zona es muy buena y se llega fácil a cualquier lugar. Keren fue muy comunicativa y estuvo a disposición durante todo el hospedaje.

Karen’s apartment was absolutely ideal for our stay in Maspalomas - she was an amazing host, making sure everything was perfect & clearly explained. Her apartment is spotless, super modern, furnished with a very cool taste, fast WiFi and with all you need for ultimate convenience…. nothing has been left to chance. It’s easily accessed, secure and ideally located in the center of Maspolomas, close to the beach, dunes and all the shops, restaurants, bars and many other attractions. It has a lovely balcony with lots of afternoon sun, perfect for a relaxing drink whilst watching the sunset. The complex also has a very well maintained pool area which you have access to. We highly recommend this as your holiday accommodation from a wonderful host! Thank you & wish we could have stayed longer!! ;)

Staying at Keren's apartment was exactly what we were after, lovely modern space in a brilliant location. She was responsive at all times leading up to and during our holiday and also made some suggestions for local festivities that were ongoing nearby. She was extremely flexible and accommodating with check in/check out which we really appreciated. the only thing I would mention as a warning to future guests would be that the traffic noise can be very loud as the bedroom is on the main street, we are light sleepers so this may not affect others and this is of course out of Keren's control so I would still recommend you stay here. We visit semi-regularly and will be hoping there is availability at this apartment when we plan to come back.
