A wonderful experience with the location. 5 mins to Mercato, 15 mins 5th ave, 20 mins to pier, 25mins to RSW airport, and 45 mins to Marco Island! House size was amazing for 2 ppl with 3 comfortable sized bedrooms. House was clean, could use some cleaning on bathroom rugs and trash bins. The pool was magnificent and clean! So many beach equipment that was a lifesaver! The only downfall about this location is the construction that is ongoing on 99th ave and the communication with management. Many roads closed and SO MUCH DUST in which was all over the backyard patio. I contacted Evolve 1 week before booking, no answer. Again 4 days prior, no answer. Again 2 days before with welcome message, NO ANSWER. The phone number listed in description does not match the person in charge of property. The worst part was having to do the LONG LIST of the "house rules" cleaning and tidying up even though we paid almost $450 for cleaning and service fees for 3 nights. Would go back if no cleaning list.

Perfect location for our family of five. Easy access to all we wanted to do in the area. House is spacious and open and the amenities are perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely return.

We had a family of 5 and the house was perfect for all our needs. If we come to Naples again, would definitely stay here or recommend to others!

Amaizing house , very clean and comfortable. Everything here makes you feel at home . The pool is Amazing. We stayed at the house during the storm but still felt safe using the pool ,thanks to the lanai . This is our second time at the house , we hope to be back again next year .
