K was fast to reply and the way she has it, is just perfect for both short and long stays. Someone said a review, the Shower was powerful, I agree 100%. The location was very near the Central Festival Mall, and some event to enjoy, and I had dinner many nights there, in the many food courts and restaurants. The pool is clean, and you can be sure K will take care of any needs..! They even have a free shuttle to the Mall. Thanks K.

K's place is Great and K is a great host. I stayed here for almost a month and the place had everything I needed and more. Close to a big supermall with great grocery store and food court. Easy to take a grab to the city and everything always felt safe. K provided perfect description from the Airport to the place and was always close in hand and wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed. Thank you for having me K and thank you for being a great host.

Great location. It is very close to a large shopping mall, and there is a free shuttle service. The room was spacious and clean. The host was excellent, and always replied quickly. We definitely would recommend!

My stay at K's was extraordinary! The space was perfect, clean and in a great location. K and The Spring Condo staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking in Chiang Mai. Thank you!
