Having a full bathroom in every bedroom is a nice bonus for a large group. Loved that flip flops/pool towels were provided at the back door for hot tub use. We also enjoyed the theater room. The boiler went out right before our arrival, but Gabriel notified us right away with instructions and provided us with space heaters and instructions and was responsive to issues to help us navigate any problems. None of the bathroom fans worked. Would be nice if coffee filters were provided for the coffee maker, but there were Nespresso pods for the first couple mornings before we ran out and a French Press that worked out ok. We drove the very short distance to Kicking Horse Ski Resort as parking was very convenient, but then most of the group would ski back to the house. Would recommend for large groups for sure.

We had wonderful time and enjoyed peaceful surroundings. Two things we found when we walked in the first day. Broken standing light system in the living room near window and stained floor carpet on the second floor in front of washer and dryer. I can send you those pictures if you want. Anyway, we enjoyed entire time in your place and loved whole thing. Thank you so much.

Home was a perfect fit for our 2 families. Loved the huge kitchen and ample seating at the bar and dining table. Hot tub was a hit. Awesome having ensuite bathrooms for each room. House was clean and immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. Location was serene and peaceful. Had a most wonderful stay.

Great location for skiing Kicking Horse! My friends & I truly enjoyed our stay. There are visible signs of the house being lived in/used. However, this does not detract from the experience. We as a group were very conscience of the house rules and the fines associated to breaking the rules. We hope to have left the house in clean state as to avoid breaching these fines. The hosts clear hesitation towards our group staying at this beautiful home due to our age demographic, was the only set back to our experience. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay once we had overcome this initial complication. We took photos of any clear damage/markings & previous use to the property when we arrived. As to cover ourselves in the unlikely case we get fined for any damages we did not create. All in all, beautiful house in a beautiful part of Canada. Kicking Horse is an amazing ski mountain. We only wished we had more snow!! Thank you. Lewis

Everything about the place was good - the only concerns were: 1- The initial 1000 damage deposit request which was not embedded in the airbnb system was off-putting 2- The rules and regulations were too tight and scary. It did not cause us any problems but I just did not like it
