A little shorter than mention more like 6’ but everything else was just as described! Stephanie was great super accommodating and answered promptly!

Stephanie is an excellent host. The place was just as it was described and worth the price we paid. My only complaint: even with the heater off it got a little hot and stuffy. A fan to circulate air would have be helpful to have. This little issue doesn’t make it less than 5 stars for me!

Stephanie was amazing as a host. I was there for training and I had some packages forwarded to the address which she was gracious enough to accept and they were waiting for me in the room when I got there. this was going above and beyond her duties as a host which I appreciated it. the room is small but perfect for what I needed. bathroom, shower, comfy bed, and the kitchen was very well furnished for a few nights of stay. honestly you really can't beat the price or value offered. The general neighborhood is lower middle class but I was very happy with the accomodations and with how helpful Stephanie was, especially with helping me out with my packages. thank you Stephanie.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing and there were helpful instructions throughout the space. Stephanie ensured we enjoyed our stay! We were only in the area for a quick trip to go to a show at The Bushnell and it was a less than 5 minute drive, so the location was great!
