here is a place ideal for accommodating large group, thus, the affordability made it even more appealing. The layout, though vertically arranged, provided an engaging challenge for those seeking physical activity, although it might pose a slight challenge for elderly guests. One minor inconvenience was the difficulty in adjusting the shower temperature, which could be improved by the owner installing a longer shower hose. This would make it easier to collect water in a pail for alternative uses, such as a "taco" bath, offering a practical solution to the issue. Overall, we highly recommend this property and plan to return for our annual stay in Baguio. Its suitability for large groups, coupled with its affordability and minor adjustments that could enhance convenience, make it a top choice for visitors to the area.

We have enjoyed our stay. Definitely, we will go back. The location is ideal as it is not in the city center but not far. It is near Camp John Hay which is ideal as you can enjoy the more relaxed are of Baguio. The Bakery (Victoria ) and Alvea Hotel are nearby and nice breakfast place.
