Welcome to Richmond Sanctuary - an immaculately presented home where on your doorstep you will find a plethora of coffee roasters, a brewery, a distillery, cafes, bakeries and a pub. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stunning kitchen/dining area that opens out onto a small courtyard with huge floor to ceiling bifolds. Free street parking is included and there's a shopping centre just a few minutes walk away for all your conveniences. The city CBD is only about a 10 minute drive. Richmond Sanctuary is a beautifully presented home with high end fittings throughout. The kitchen/living/dining/outdoor area are all interconnected in a functional open plan layout. The outdoor area has a gas BBQ and 6 seater table setting and back roller door access. The house is completely secure with security cameras front and back and is equipped with a nest smart home system. The inbuilt heating and cooling is state of the art and is zoned throughout the entire house. The renovation was completed in August 2023 so everything is brand new. The kitchen is a masterpiece with Miele appliances throughout including in built dishwasher and the most amazing Mirage Lake Quartzite wrapped bench. Also included are subscriptions to Netflix, Stan, Kayo, Prime Video and Disney. A visitor permit is included which allows free street parking for one vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Anastasia’s home that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a delightful spread of snacks that instantly made me feel at home. We stayed for 2 nights to see a AFL game at the MCG, the home is amazing everything we needed & more. Goat Brewery & Gin Distillery just down the road. Beautiful Yarra River walking trail to explore as well. We'll definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely weekend!
We loved our stay at this Airbnb for a family girls weekend for Taylor Swift. Incredibly clean, thoughtful and well set out. Great stock of all amenities you could need including much appreciated snacks! Easy walks to cafes and tram stops, beautiful decoration and furnishing, cute outdoor area and a smart TV. Overall, could not fault our stay and would love to come again some time!

Voted as 10th coolest suburb in the world by Timeout, its easy to see why Richmond is where everyone wants to be. It is the place to stay if you are in town for a sporting event or concert in the sporting precinct which includes the MCG, AAMI Park, Hisense Arena, Rod Laver Arena and more. A short walk from anywhere in Richmond will have you there in no time with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and pubs to choose from for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Richmond has maintained its industrial charm from years gone by and is full of all the moody atmosphere you come to Melbourne to find. The streets are bustling full of people enjoying an array of things from watching a band at the iconic Corner Hotel to enjoying authentic eastern delights on Victoria Street to cheering their team at the Colosseum of sport - the MCG. There's nowhere else you need to go to find great food and entertainment - Richmond simply has it all.
There are tram stops within a few minutes walk to either Bridge Rd or Victoria St and a few extra minutes to Swan St. Everything is within walking distance if you enjoy a stroll or if you prefer the convenience you may want to opt for an Uber which are always available in the area and very easy to use.
