First, the title of this room says it is five minutes from Heathrow Airport, but it would take almost an hour to get there from the airport anyway. Even a taxi ride takes about half an hour. I chosed this room because of the seriously misleading title. Second, when I booked the room, the owner, Robin, did not tell me that I had to check in before 10:00. But he didn't send me the request until half an hour after I booked the room. By this time, it was past 8:30, and it was 9:40 after we left the airport and walked to the bus. Time is very tight. It is almost impossible for people who are not familiar with the place. Third, when we arrived, we followed his instructions and could not open the combination lock. We also videotaped the operation for this. We asked him several times to solve the problem, but he stopped talking to us after 10:10. It was windy last night and we couldn't get into his room so we had to leave. It feels like he's premeditated and planned to deceive us
