Malebo was an incredible host who went out of her way to accommodate us at short notice. She provided extra parking by asking her neighbour. Her son was helpful in showing us some local areas for good food. The place itself felt like home. The room had what we needed, the room was clean with fresh bedding linen. The bathroom is clean and has all amenities. Overall my husband and i were truly grateful for her hosting us as our other accommodation fell through.

Mam'Lydia was an attentive and kind host. She specially accommodated my request for a desk space as well as my food requests. Her son, Tiisetso also generously made time to show me around. The place itself was spacious and quiet, and I had the upstairs level to myself during the stay. The location is conveniently located near the mall and isiVivana centre. My only feedback would be that a wifi connection would have been useful, but I trust Mam'Lydia will address this in the near future. Would happily recommend Malebo's for visitors to Khayelitsha.

Mama Lydia has 19 years of experience running her own B&B and it shows! She is an incredible cook (amazing chakalaka & pap lasagna), offers incredible hospitality, and lively conversation. There is wi-fi, secure parking, and a neighborhood full of friendly children. Highly recommend staying here for an authentic experience in private B&B style accommodation.
