Situated on the edge of the Old town of Chianciano combines the advantages of proximity to shops and services with those of the campaign. Suitable for families with children. Apartment on the ground floor square meters 85 with a garden of 200 square meters in a quiet , bright and sunny location . A spacious double room plus a twin- bedded room , living room, kitchen , bathroom. The furniture is not modern. By our choice we have left family forniture, some of which is antique but in exellent condition and functional, with the aim of offering a more personal and authentic atmosphere. Max . 4 people. Fenced property and suitable for families with children. Minimum duration of stay 4 nights. The price includes : Internet WI - FI unlimited, hot and cold water , electricity , gas for cooking , linen.

We had a good stay here and could visit nice places. Gian Piero and Isabella are nice people and would make you feel welcome. The house itself is very nicely situated and has a nice private garden side and a nice view towards the old city. The rooms are spacious. The house is situated in a quiet area and there are enough parking places nearby. In in a short driving range, you could see other very nice places like Montepulciano, Pienza, Citta de la Pieve and it is about 1h drive to Siena.
Siamo stati fortunati a trovare questa casa. Soddisfatti sotto tutti gli aspetti. E Gian Piero e sua moglie sono simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi. Anche grazie a loro la nostra breve vacanza è stata perfetta.

Спокойное тихое место , в квартире было очень чисто, все фото в профиле соответствуют жилью, были все заявленные услуги. Особенно понравилось общение с хозяином , Gian Piero очень воспитанный и интеллигентный человек , создается ощущение что как будто ты приехал в гости к своим родным бабушке с дедушкой :)
Gian Piero e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi e cortesissimi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è grande, arredata con mobili vintage ma ci sono anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La consigliamo. Grazie

Sono un ex insegnante di Liceo attualmente in pensione. Vivo con mia moglie Isabella a Chianciano Terme (Siena). Abbiamo tre figli di cui solo uno vive ancora con noi. Gli altri due hanno una loro famiglia, ma vengono spesso a trovarci. Abbiamo tre bellissimi e vivaci nipotini (Website hidden by Airbnb) anni). Ci piace leggere, soprattutto a Isabella, e viaggiare, soprattutto a me. Preferiamo organizzare noi stessi i nostri viaggi perché l'esperienza ci ha insegnato che è più facile entrare in contatto con la gente dei luoghi che visitiamo e conoscere meglio modi di vivere e di pensare. Anche l'appartamento che abbiamo deciso di affittare è un'occasione importante per incontrare persone di altra lingua e cultura e per ampliare le nostre conoscenze. Siamo entrambi appassionati del nostro territorio, delle sue bellezze naturali e artistiche, della sua storia. Siamo entrambi soci del locale Museo archeologico che contiene interessanti e originali reperti dell'antica civiltà Etrusca. Ci piace condividere queste passioni con gli ospiti ed aiutarli, se lo desiderano, a scoprire i valori profondi della nostra terra e della nostra gente.
