Very nice, clean, and well kept. It was a warm day, and the A/C was turned down to a nice cool temp when we walked in. Nathan responded to all of our messages promptly! Very pleased with this home. Thank you Nathan!

There was a smell in the house and by the entry door there was sewer spewing out of a pipe into the yard. It was disgusting and unacceptable. Every time we flushed a toilet it spewed out more with human waste and toilet paper. Really this house should not have been rented in this condition. Very disappointed we had to pay to be in such a place. Otherwise the house was nice. The fridge needs to be cleaned for sure. The fridge shelves and joints were gross. Bathrooms and rooms looked clean.
