We absolutely loved our stay. 10minute walk into the heart of skipton (use google maps if you want to avoid a hill too/from the town center, there is a north route that is flatter). The place was very clean, nicely laid out and very comfortable. We didn’t expect to use the sunroom much, but it turned out to be our favorite spot for morning and afternoon tea. Owner left tea bags and some milk for us, provided another set of keys and a fan for the odd hot day. Street parking is right outside - seems like the locals have a rule where you just park outside your place on the street. Far enough out of town to be very quiet at night, but close enough to easily walk in. All round a perfect stay in a property ideal for 4 people.

The cottage was stunning! A great space with all the amenities one could want and more. Close walk to the town where you can explore Skipton Castle, Skipton Castle Woods, and the great markets. It was an easy walk from the train station...about 10 minutes, and easy walk to nearby groceries and restaurants. Skipton was a pleasant surprise and the Cottage was the perfect stay.

This is a lovely little end-terrace house in a residential area of Skipton. Only 10 mins walk into centre of Skipton for pubs & shopping. The house itself is a good size, and there is a reserved parking-space (thankfully, as parking is at a premium in the narrow streets around there). The house has good, modern facilities. Makes an ideal base for seeing the sites in the Yorskshire Dales, or just for enjoying the town of Skipton.
