Phylline and James were extremely responsive. They answered every inquiry within minutes. This is our second time staying with them because we enjoyed their home and found them to be wonderful hosts.

We loved our stay. This place is perfect for families. Our kids, ages 3 and 1, were in heaven with the toys inside and out. The outdoor patios and play structures are a special oasis. Beds were super comfy. We appreciated all of the great recommendations provided by Phylline and James as well as the quick responses when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely return if in the area again.

Warm and cozy airbnb with awesome host. I personally felt right at home with my family, 1 yr old included. I read most of the reviews before staying at the property. After my stay I really do not understand what some of the other guest were complaining about. If you are coming to LA area and want to live like a celebrity then I suggest you pay what it cost to live that way and rent something in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills…
