The Treehouse is located in the heart of the Constantia wine route and surrounded by kid friendly restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute ride and closest shop only 1.7 km from the house. There is a young family with kids (6&7 years old) living in the main house upstairs, but the large exclusive and private guesthouse , garden and Jacuzzi downstairs is for your private use!#kidsparadise The Tree House is a large double story wooden home nested in the trees (500 square meters for entire house and 1500 square meters for the property). The bottom floor is operating as a separate house or a guest house and is exclusively rented out for guests. This is your private space. The space includes your own fully equipped kitchen. With the guests private balcony they can enjoy dinner amongst the trees and pop outside to gaze at the stars with each room’s private entrance. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with full view of the mountains and garden with block out curtains to sleep in late or open them up to the sun making it's way over the mountain and lighting up the forestry garden. The second bedroom is large and has 2 beds that can be substituted for a king size bed. The bathroom has a big shower and a heated towel rail. The open plan lounge is large with a dining table and kitchen area that opens up onto a balcony and garden. The large glass doors may be pulled fully to the one side, a perfect place to kick back and relax. A Snooza is also available on request that can accommodate another person. The Snooza can be used as a chair during the day and open up to a single bed at night. That way we can accommodate 5 people. Please note that there will be a charge of R499 per person after 4 guests. Please note we are living on the top floor but you have your own suite downstairs that is completely separate and private The cleaning fee includes the use of the washing machine and we will hang and dry the clothes, but ironing is an extra charge or make use of the iron in your suite. *We have a VW Polo for hire exclusively for Airbnb guests. It’s like lying in a heated forest pool. We do charge R199 per day to warm the jacuzzi up and keep it heated up cost us R200 per day. Should you want to make use of the jacuzzi let us know so that we can heat it up 9 hours before your arrival. A daily fee of R199 per day will be added to your stay should you wish to have the jacuzzi turned on every day. Please note that you can you the jacuzzi as is for NO extra charge, it’s just to heat the jacuzzi that will cost R200. We find that one can heat up the jacuzzi and it keeps warm for several days so no need to keep the heaters on all day every day. But that is entirely up to each family how hot they want the jacuzzi.
