I recently had the pleasure of staying at Terry's Palm Springs House and overall, it was a delightful experience. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a lovely neighborhood that exudes charm and tranquility. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the fantastic pool, perfect for unwinding under the warm Palm Springs sun. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, making it convenient for preparing meals during the stay. However, one aspect that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the property. While the overall condition was acceptable, it could benefit from more thorough deep cleaning between guests.

The home is beautiful. The pool is on the older side with some cracking and missing tile but it is still very welcoming and usable. The house is furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our biggest complaint was the lack of detailed cleaning. We stayed here with two young children which naturally means we spent time looking for toys, socks and pacifiers. There was hair and dust under and end tables and furniture. Dirty window sills and door trim. The wood floors seemed to leave a black residue on our feet and kids clothes. Disappointing for the amount paid for a cleaning fee. The home is comfortable, cozy and offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The host gave us our space but provided ample contact information for him and the property manager. Check in was easy and flexible.

Everything was amazing no complaints if anything I’m very happy with how my experience went and having this amazing place too stay at will for sure be back in the future !
