This place is a true gem! Perfect location as well. Views are stunning! Just be sure to bring your own supplies, even dish towels!!! I left two as a gift!

The house is absolutely stunning—with a perfect location RIGHT on the water and near the shops. There are a few minor things with the house. Typically these wouldn’t bother me, but for the price and amenities of the home you’d expect these to be handled. - The pool heat turned off for the last two days of the trip. They came to fix it, but obviously it didn’t heat immediately so we were unable to use it for a portion of our stay. - A lot of the basic items are not included. They make this clear in the listing, but it’s a bit strange that they don’t provide these inexpensive items to last 5 days (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags) -- The downstairs shower leaks, water gets on the floor, and there’s visible mold. - Very minor, but there need to be more hooks for towels//toiletries and tupperware in the kitchen! Overall, the pros DEFINITELY outweighed the cons and we had a great trip, but these small fixes would make a big difference :)

Need the management company to come in and fix random small things. The remote for our blinds was missing upon arrival. Should've been located prior to check in, minimal towels for 8 people. Shower was leaking on main floor out onto the floor. Window in kitchen leaked everywhere when it rained one day. The fridge instructions said the fridge wouldn't warm up for 24 hours but we had groceries to keep cool. Not sure how or why anyone would allow something like that. AC was broke the first day, they did send someone to fix it and it worked the next day but it was extremely HOT. No welcome bag was left with basic amenities so we had to request it. I feel like for the price we paid for 4 nights, we should've been able to have TP, garbage bags and laundry soap included for the extent of our stay. Not one left over kitchen item left to use, we had to buy every single item needed. Is the place cleared out entirely after each use? Not even a small thing of salt and pepper available.

Fabulous place!! The views from the house are amazing!! Any issues we had were resolved quickly by the rental company. Couldn’t be more delighted on our vacation choice. Thanks!
