This humble residence is located right opposite the ocean walking distance from town The views upstairs are 200 degrees of ocean 5 bedrooms are so rare to find It is a no frills deal, but the location and price point are great value for money We definitely stay here again Such a gem of a place

Cath and I are a friendly country couple with four kids . We bought this holiday house at Pt MacDonnell because of the quiet location with perfect sea views . We are on the sea front with views to both open sea and also the boat harbour which harbours South Australias largest rock lobster fleet . Activities in the area include , diving , fishing , walking trail , bike riding , snorkeling , swimming , surfing . Dining at Victoria Hotel , Periwinkles Cafe , The Bay Pizzaria,Customs House, General Store , and two take away shops.
