We were unable to check in when we arrived at 3:00, because the guest from the previous day left their trash and belongings strewn about. It was chaotic and messy. We had to wait for housekeeping to get the place cleaned and for the previous guest to pick up his things. We could not check in until close to 5:00. Robert was very communicative, and I appreciated that. I just felt that he should not have told the guest they could spend extra time on the slopes, when he knew he had new guests checking in. By allowing them to leave their things there, it took hours away from our time, and I didn’t think that was right. He knew we were arriving at 3. I’m not sure if they paid him extra money, but it was unfair to our family. Otherwise, the location was fantastic and the unit spacious. There is damaged furniture and decor, but we did not mind that. Aside from the stressful experience of check-in, it was a pleasant stay.:) P.S. Only other concern is passcode remains the same for every guest!

We loved our stay in Village of Loon! Roberts condo was really well put together, nice and neat and well appointed. The kitchen had all of the wares we needed, the bedrooms were comfy and the linens were nice. Big tv and large couch was super comfy at nights. We love the village because of the pool center, perfect spot to unwind after a day of skiing. Also love the shuttle that brings you to/from the mountain and it stops right up the road. All in all we'll definitely be back and were super happy with our stay!
