Great location, nice view to the little bay walkable within 7 mins. It was clean and we got fresh towels and sheets. Team of UHC was helpful and responsive. However, this appartment (it is not a house) needs some renovation (stains on the walls and ceiling, loose tiles in the bath). The furniture is shabby, scratched and old-fashioned. Some expected equipment is missing (no vacuum cleaner, no dish washer, no blender/mixer, not even a table cloth or simple dish dryer). The owner must consider more comfort for the guests while renting the apartment for such significant money during low season. And, pool was not usable due to the seasonal works during our stay. Quite dissapointing.

The setting of this house is truly magical with a sea view to die for and a beautiful, quiet beach called Cala Crancs (with bar and sunbeds) within a few minutes walk. Small supermarket v close by too. The complex is clean and lovely too and it was very quiet during our stay. The whole area is quite upmarket with mostly Spanish tourists and a few Brits and French. The house though could definitely do with a bit of updating in terms of decor and amenities. We would have liked more than one electrical socket in the kitchen, cleaning products, a few games, beach chairs/toys, an English speaking TV channel and a better paper guide to some of the equipment such as the awning (which we didnt realise required a remote control that they hadn't given us one when we got the keys). UHC's service was absolutely brilliant though. We had a few problems during our stay with not having the remote, not knowing how to get the hob working and my daughter cutting her foot in the pool. Each time I called UHC they responded immediately, sending maintenance men to check the oven, the pool and dropping off awning keys. Really excellent service. So overall, a really nice stay in a slightly tired and under-equipped house in an amazing setting.

Superbe vue sur la mer, accès direct à la plage, bon emplacement. On regrettera cependant l'absence de barbecue, plancha, aspirateur, et le peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Enfin, on déplore de ne pas avoir eu de clés pour l'accès au parking privé. Dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité prix.
