Yuan's place was good place. It was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood, close to the park and metro. It was a nice 1 month stay and I would recommend her place.

All in all I had a nice stay in my room in that house. To be honest I didn’t get that I would possibly share a house with 5 other guests. But during my stay most of them were very nice and sharing the bathroom and kitchen went well. The room upstairs on the right had everything I needed. Anyways there are a few things that weren’t so great: The kitchen has not at all enough dishes for the amount of 6 (or even more when two people share a room) people so that you always have to search for clean ones when you wanna eat. The pans and pots also could use some replacements. There’s also not really enough space for everybody’s things since it’s possible that 6 people are living there at the same time. They also only come once a week maximum to clean the kitchen and bathroom which is too rarely for 6 people living there. They can’t expect the guests that change regularly to agree a cleaning schedule.

The place is quiet, calm, and clean, and includes all the services described. It is a 20min walk from the subway station, which could be challenging in the wintertime. The bus stop is also close (3 min walk), but not so frequently. I recommend the place, especially for newcomers. The price is acceptable for the service. The house is a little old, so there are some wood noises when you move around the house.
