The stay was comfortable however there are a few maintenance items which need attention

This house is not to Airbnb standard. There is a bare electrical wire in a cupboard that I went to place our coats. The gardens are unkept and overgrown. The house is in disrepair with bathroom and toilet tiles unfinished. One bedroom door opening to deck cannot be locked, Neighbors has television or radio on all night until 7am in the morning. Fly screens are hanging off windows. The property is unkept and nothing like what is represented on Airbnb site. It is poor value for what is represented. If this host thinks this property should still be listed on Airbnb they need to conduct considerable maintenance and repairs and up keep on the property to meet Airbnb standards. This is a shame, as the property has so much potential for such a nice little town.

Great location, roomy, big spacious bedrooms. Only negatives were that the side balcony had broken railings and the lawns were quite long.

We felt right at home here. It was a charming place to stay with stunning views.
