Lucy is a superb host and the property was great. I highly recommend. Prior to arrival, communication was very smooth and responsive. On the day of arrival, the host helped to arranged a large bus for airport pickup. We were able to check in early as the property was already available. The delicious daily breakfast was always ready at the scheduled time. The home was cleaned daily and stocked with ample towels for the pool, beach or shower. Lucy went above and beyond when a member of our party required emergency assistance unrelated to the property.

The service from Lucy team was amazing. They booked our transfers and anything we needed. She booked our tickets and knew the area well. The butler and cleaners were all so nice. They made sure we had clean sheets and towels. They even folded my clothing I left on the bed. Make sure you add the food package! Everything we had was amazing. The house was very clean, and Lucy team was very responsive. We had a group of 70 people come for my wedding, stayed at three different host airbnb and Lucy was the only one who had all types of services. She helped booked our Banahills tickets, transportation, and food. It made our trip stress free and we got to enjoyed everything da nang had to offer. Lucy went above and beyond! Book any of her properties and you won’t be disappointed. The wedding party stayed here and we love every minute of it. Wished we could or stayed longer. The bed was also very comfortable.

Excellent place. Very conveniently located close to the beach. Lucy was perfectly responsive. She also helped arrange a tour and airport transport. The housekeepers were very helpful and provided amazing service every day. We were 9 people and couldn’t have found a better place either enough rooms and entertainment!

Lucy is an amazing host, always super responsive and went out her way to provide recommendations for restaurants, hairdressers, spas, etc... She was so gracious and let us store our luggaget prior to check in time, and after check out as our next Villa wasn't available for check in until 2pm. Her villa was super clean, close to many restaurants and just about 10 mins to the river. Highly recommend her villa, you'll thank us later! Our group of 15 loved the villa and would definitely return. Thank you Lucy and team!
