This is a HUGE house! Even bigger than the photos make it appear. The house needs a bit of TLC (a pocket on the pool table needs repair, the bathroom door downstairs doesn't close, the pool needs a filter, there was a broken beds [that they came to fix straight away!], some of the toilets don't flush too well, etc.,), but for Vietnam it's still a good house if you have a big group who want/need separate bedrooms, a nice big communal area to hang out in, giant fridge to use, etc. It's also an easy walk to nearly everything you need and the host is very quick to respond to messages. There is some pretty major construction happening right next door from about 07:00 to 17:30 each day over the pool, so people might want to know about that. Otherwise, a good stay that our group enjoyed.

House interior is what is pictured very impressive size good for large groups. Agree with previous poster about good as a place for large party gatherings. Unfortunately the main reason we rented this property was the pool and we didn’t even get to use it properly as it was dirty and rundown when we arrived and not properly filled. There are also not enough lights in the backyard area so you can’t enjoy the grill and patio very well after dark. Check in was easy and smooth but the staff arrived around 40min early for check out and kept calling demanding we return to check out while we were having coffee up the street. We walked back to the house 20min before check out and were rushed out of the house. Overall a fine stay we enjoyed it.

The House Manager was super! Answering questions and anything so quickly, and very flexible and accommodating.

Excellent villa and even better then in the pictures! Great pool and plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Everything you need for a great vacation. Would absolutely recommend!
