Tim is a great host as the one story home was equipped for short and long term stays. The fully stocked and clean home is located within five minutes of Rutland in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with church bells that can be heard in the evening. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Would recommend and stay again!

Plenty of room for us and Tim was extremely helpful with suggestions. Location is a perfect central location for our Vermont Ski Vacation. Skied a different resort every day. We will be back!

Comfortable, clean, good cooking facilities, great privacy for multiple individuals or couples given the 3 bedrooms, and perfect for skiers with just half an hour to Killington.
