We had the best time at Belle Rive! The house was beautiful, and decorated for Christmas! It was such a fun surprise and made us feel right at home. We also brought our two dogs with us, and there was a dog bed with toys put out for them! The views from the house are incredible. Truly a magical place. The amenities were exactly as described (we made good use of the sauna and hot tub!) and had a helpful house manual with instructions. Marty was very communicative, and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. We went down to the beach almost every day. The only thing to be aware of is that the beach access requires walking down some lengthy stairs, then down a narrow path, and finally over rocks to get to the sand. There is public parking beach access a mile or two down the road, but to access the beach directly from the house is not advisable for people with accessibility concerns. We had a lovely time and fully intend to return!

This has got to be the best place on the Oregon coast! Roomy, clean, comfortable and has everything you could want in amenities, which is great because sometimes you forget things and sometimes you don't know what you don't know. Marty has got you covered. We were able to use everything available to us easily so didn't need to reach out to her but we know we could have and she would have been right there. The bedrooms are huge, private and quiet. You don't hear or feel like you are on top of each other. Kitchen is a dream and very well stocked. Coffee and water available so you don't feel like you have to rush to the store your first night there if you don't want to. Location is amazing and the views are awesome. Will look to book here the next time we are staying in Lincoln City. Thank you Marty!

Appreciated that this was truly a "turn-key" vacation home, with everything needed to be comfortable from the second we walked in the door... drinks in the refrigerators, an abundance of shelf stable food and spices, plenty of towels, pillows and sheets for all and a wonderful layout that made appreciating the beautiful Oregon coast view easy. Location provide beautiful sunsets, views of seals and bald eagles, great walks on a beautiful beach and easy access to explore up and down the Pacific Coast. Highly recommend, would stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the ocean with private stairs to the beach. Marty has thought of every last detail to bring comfort to the guests staying. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Lincoln City.
