The cleaner was still cleaning 45 mins after check in time. We arrived about 30 mins after check in so we had to wait 15 mins before we could enter which was not ideal after traveling in from Paris. Other than that, everything else was great. The room in the front does not have a window so that was a little weird.

Perfect location, walkable to bars, restaurants, metro and markets! Very secure location, safety is a priority.

This is a great place and worth the money. Please note that bath room does not have a lock from inside. Also there is no door bolt from inside of the front door. We had trouble locating door and looking for Habitat apartment. There was non.. So do not look for an apartment. Front entry door is left of "Farmacia" shop. To enter the front door, make sure you have internet or data on your phone. (There is free WIFI available from the city). First you need to press the apartment number that is there on the right side of the door (since the apartment # is 6-1A - You need to press 6th row and first key. Wait for 2 seconds and then try to open it from Nuki app on your cell phone. You need to use "Paseo De Gracia A- Street " button on your Nuki App. That should unlock front door. After that, you go up to 6th floor and at 6-1A , you need to use Nuki App "Paseo De Gracia A" option to unlock front door. Once you are in, door locks it automatically for after couple of minutes.

El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente. Es acorde con la descripción y las fotos. Tiene aire/calentador. Es silencioso a pesar de estar ubicado sobre una avenida principal. Los cuartos son oscuros facilitando el descanso. La cocina está bien equipada. El único comentario que tengo es que yo viajaba con un bebé de brazos, nuestro vuelo llegó temprano en la mañana y pedí poder hacer el check in así sea 20 minutos antes, lo cual no fue posible. El impuesto de turista se paga por aparte (en mi caso 99 euros) Sin duda es un lugar al que volvería a hospedarme.
