Karl is very easy to reach and very responsive. The property is simply amazing, great views all around, so peaceful. The house is very homey with all the needed amenities. We do a trip every year for my wife’s birthday and normally go to a different place each year but we will be back here soon. PS the fishing is pretty darn good too!

This was a great place. Gorgeous building in an even better spot! Lake was amazing. Only complaint was the a/c was not turned on which was a little rough but other than that it was perfect.

The experience was okay. We were there during a bizarre mosquito infestation in Phillips so that compounded the issues. They didn't fog the property which would've been a game changer; for the price that should've been done. Cons - Misleading description. AC was old and didn't work - blows air but doesn't cool the house. The loft rooms didn't feel like two separate rooms, more like one space with a divider. Mosquitoes kept getting into the house and we got bitten up during the night - it turns out that some of the screens were bent and let them in - I wish I had known which windows to keep closed to prevent this. Also a door handle broke the first time I opened the back door. Pros - Friendly and responsive host, gave thoughtful recommendations. Paddle boat on site, beautiful location, quiet. Can easily fish off the dock or near bridge. Grill & fire pit were nice to have. Many citronella candles on back porch. Comfortable furniture. Well-stocked kitchen.
