mieszkaliśmy tu ponad miesiąc. wspominamy to bardzo dobrze. jest to bardzo spokojne miejsce, położone 150 metrów od brzegu morza. Plaża jest bardzo szeroka z mnóstwem muszelek. Niestety po dużych przypływach pojawia się również mnóstwo śmieci :( Plaże ma się praktycznie na wyłączność, rzadko spotykaliśmy tam innych ludzi. Woda jest ciepła, po południu drzewa dają cień. samo miejsce zamieszkania wyposażone jest w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty takie jak kuchenka lodówka i patelnia garnek. Pracowałem tam zdalnie, dostęp do internetu był super stabilne 300 mb internetu światłowodowego. mieszkanie jest przestronne a łóżko wygodne. Tu i ówdzie przydałoby się mocniejsze sprzątanie. Uwagę zwracają moskitiery w oknach kuchni i łazienki oraz ściany pokryte warstwą kurzu. gospodarze byli bardzo sympatycznie i pomocni. bezpłatnie udostępnili nam rowery, zabierali nas co tydzień na lokalny targ. Zapewnili również transport na lotnisko. Kontakt z nimi był super. Dostaliśmy również upominek na święta :)

Den Erwartungen entsprechend liegt das Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Es hat eine gute Größe und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der fast menschenleere Strand ist toll für Spaziergänge, leider kann man wegen der Sandmücken nicht dort die Sonne genießen. Transfers für kürzere Strecken (z. B. Einkaufen in Patio) wurden von unseren Gastgebern stets kostenlos angeboten. Langstrecken gegen „Benzingeld“. Alle Absprachen funktionieren reibungslos, Unterstützung bei jeglichen Belangen ist gegeben. Wer Privatsphäre möchte und Ruhe sucht, kann hier komplett entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

We really enjoyed our time here. The flat was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the weekly trips to the market were always exciting. The market is well priced and full of amazing fruits, veggies, food and snacks. The hosts are AMAZING. Beyond sweet and extremely helpful. They will even bring you local food and sweets from time to time. Things to note: -We were there in March/April and it was really hot, even for Thailand. The sun baked the apartment, so it was hotter inside than outside. The bedroom does have an aircon and it works well. -Scooter rental is B4000 per month. Without a scooter there is not much you can reach except a very small convenience store. The hosts can also drive you places if you arrange with them. If it's far they will request money for fuel, of course -There are free roaming roosters in the area. If you're a light sleeper, chase them away when they get close, otherwise they'll sleep close to you and crow you awake.

We stayed at Sea Breeze Place in Pathiu, Chumphon, for 3 months, and had a great experience. We were a family with a 5 months old baby. The location was perfect, just 50 meters from the beach. You could hear the waves from the bedroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The house is quite bigger than in photos - it features a cozy patio, a garage, a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing great tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. We got help with everything we needed from Pae's family. We felt welcomed and like we belonged to their family. Overall, I highly recommend Sea Breeze Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Thailand.

I very like this place! The hosting family was very caring and helpful. The unit is big and the owner provided all what I need for living and even more like face mask and sanitiser. The place is very quiet with about no traffic. The beach and ocean is just across a beautiful palm plantation just a few meters away. And no tourists here, so the ocean will be all yours. Although nobody will clean the beach as at hotels or in recreation places. So who want an ecological, clean, quite environment for relax or work - defiantly recommend!
